Architecture Engineer - Architecture Degree ONLY

Petra Point Survey Services LLC is hiring a qualified Architecture Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. We are looking for an Architecture graduate with excellent AutoCAD skills and practical architectural site experience. The candidate must be willing to visit project sites, conduct physical measurements, verify existing building conditions, and prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct architectural site inspections, surveys, and physical measurements of existing buildings and project sites. • Accurately measure and document building layouts, rooms, walls, openings, dimensions, and architectural elements. • Use AutoCAD to prepare, review, modify, and update architectural drawings based on site measurements. • Read and interpret architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and technical specifications. • Verify actual site conditions and dimensions against existing and approved architectural drawings. • Identify architectural discrepancies, dimensional conflicts, and technical issues. • Prepare accurate as-built drawings, site reports, measurement records, and architectural documentation. • Coordinate with survey teams, engineers, and office staff to ensure accurate and timely deliverables. • Perform regular site visits and maintain detailed records of site observations and measurements. Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month Location: Sharjah, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering ONLY. • Civil Engineering graduates will NOT be considered. • Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience in the UAE , including practical site experience. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Candidates must be able to independently read, prepare, and modify architectural drawings. • Practical experience conducting architectural site inspections, surveys, and building measurements. • Ability to accurately interpret architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, and technical details. • Must be willing to regularly visit project sites and personally conduct physical measurements and architectural surveys. • Familiarity with UAE construction practices and architectural documentation. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, reporting, and coordination. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with site and office teams. Preferred Skills: • Experience preparing as-built architectural drawings. • Knowledge of Revit or other architectural drafting software. • Experience using laser distance meters and site measurement equipment. • Previous experience with architectural surveying or building documentation. IMPORTANT: This position is exclusively for qualified Architecture or Architectural Engineering graduates. We require an engineer who is highly proficient in AutoCAD and comfortable working on-site , performing architectural inspections, surveys, and physical measurements.
