Architectural Draftsman

**Position:** Architectural Draftsman **Vacancies:** 4 **Experience:** 8\+ Years **Duration:** 3 Months **Project:** High\-End Architectural Projects **Job Overview** We are seeking experienced **Architectural Draftsmen** to support high\-end architectural projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and documentation while coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed architectural drawings using **AutoCAD and other relevant software**. * Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings. * Prepare accurate architectural layouts and working drawings based on project requirements. * Review and update drawings according to design changes and site requirements. * Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. * Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and design requirements. * Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation. * Assist architects and project teams with technical drafting requirements. * Identify discrepancies or clashes in drawings and coordinate for necessary corrections. * Manage and complete assigned drawings independently within project deadlines. * Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings. **Requirements** * Minimum **8 years of relevant architectural drafting experience**. * Proven experience working on **high\-end architectural projects**. * Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. * Ability to understand architectural designs and convert them into detailed technical drawings. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple drawing requirements. * Strong coordination and communication skills. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and project schedules. **Preferred** * Experience with luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or other high\-end architectural projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing. * Immediate availability for a **3\-month project**.
