Arabic Project Manager

**Position:** Project Manager – Government Technology Projects **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Onsite **Language:** Arabic \& English **Engagement:** Government / Enterprise Technology Projects **Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to lead complex technology initiatives for a major government entity in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication and presentation capabilities, along with a good understanding of application, integration, cloud, infrastructure and middleware environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end delivery of large\-scale government and enterprise technology projects. * Lead projects involving **Applications, Integration, Middleware, Cloud and Infrastructure** platforms. * Coordinate technical teams working across **GCP, OpenShift/OCP, Cloud, Middleware and Integration** environments. * Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables. * Work closely with Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Infrastructure, Application, DevOps and Middleware teams. * Conduct project governance meetings and provide clear status reporting and executive\-level presentations. * Manage client stakeholders, vendors, partners and internal delivery teams. * Ensure proper coordination between infrastructure, application and integration workstreams. * Track project KPIs, resource utilization, risks, change requests and delivery commitments. * Ensure projects comply with government standards, security requirements and organizational governance processes. **Required Experience \& Skills** * 8\+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in **Project/Program Management**. * Proven experience managing **government, public\-sector or large enterprise technology projects**. * Good understanding of **Cloud, Infrastructure, Applications, Integration and Middleware** projects. * Exposure to technologies/platforms such as **GCP, OpenShift/OCP, APIs and enterprise middleware**. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. * PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar project management certification is preferred. * **Fluent Arabic and English communication** Pay: ﷼6,698\.42 \- ﷼20,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Relevant Experience * Nationality * Current Salary * Expected Salary * Any expereince working with or for Govt Entity Work Location: In person
