Female Arabic Customer Care Executive – Online Sales \& Booking Company: Queens Mobile Qatar We are hiring only female candidates who are fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing). Queens Mobile Qatar is looking for a hardworking, responsible, and team\-oriented Customer Care Executive to manage online customer inquiries and service bookings. Job Responsibilities \* Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. \* Respond to customers professionally and promptly. \* Schedule and confirm Apple doorstep repair appointments. \* Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service. \* Work with the team to achieve monthly targets. Requirements \* Female candidates only. \* Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) – Mandatory. \* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – Mandatory. \* Excellent communication and customer service skills. \* Hardworking, honest, and responsible. \* Strong teamwork and a positive attitude. \* Able to work under pressure. \* Experience in customer service or social media is an advantage. Working Hours \* Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM \* Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM \* Monthly Holiday: 2 days Salary \& Performance Commission Basic Salary: QAR 1,300 per month Example 1 If you achieve 150 invoices in one month: \* Basic Salary: QAR 1,300 \* Commission: QAR 2,250 \* Total Monthly Income: QAR 3,550 Example 2 If you achieve 200 invoices in one month: \* Basic Salary: QAR 1,300 \* Commission: QAR 3,500 \* Total Monthly Income: QAR 4,800 We reward employees based on performance.
