Hostess – Lebanese Restaurant (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well\-presented **Arabic\-speaking Hostess** to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a warm Lebanese hospitality experience by welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring excellent customer service from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude. * Manage reservations, walk\-ins, and the waiting list efficiently. * Escort guests to their tables and present menus. * Coordinate with the restaurant manager and service team to optimize table allocation. * Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, restaurant facilities, and operating hours. * Handle phone calls and reservation requests professionally. * Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. * Monitor guest flow and waiting times to provide the best dining experience. * Assist in handling guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary. * Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects Lebanese hospitality. Requirements * Female candidate. * **Arabic speaker (mandatory).** * Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Basic English is an advantage but not required.
