Create rigorous benchmarks and evaluation methodologies to measure AI capability and progress. • Design comprehensive AI evaluation benchmarks • Develop novel metrics for AI system assessment • Analyse benchmark results and identify trends • Publish findings and contribute to the research community PhD in CS, ML, or related field Experience designing evaluation frameworks Strong statistical analysis skills Publication record in AI evaluation
