Appliance Installation Technician / Electrician

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is looking for a **skilled and experienced Appliance Installation Technician / Electrician** to join our technical team. The successful candidate should be hands\-on, technically competent, and able to independently carry out appliance installation, electrical connections, testing, troubleshooting, and corrective works at residential and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities * Install, connect, test, commission, and troubleshoot **domestic and commercial appliances** * Carry out electrical wiring and installation of **sockets, switches, isolators, breakers, and related connections** * Install and connect **ovens, cookers, kitchen hoods, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, water heaters, and other electrical appliances** * Ensure electrical connections are completed according to **manufacturer instructions and site requirements** * Diagnose electrical and appliance faults and carry out necessary repairs or corrective works * Test completed installations and ensure safe and proper operation * Read and understand basic **electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions** * Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, clients, and other site teams * Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and a clean work area * Follow **HSE, electrical safety, quality, and site requirements** * Maintain professional conduct when working at client properties and project sites Requirements * **2–3\+ years of proven UAE/GCC experience** in appliance installation and electrical works * Strong practical knowledge of **electrical wiring, connections, testing, and troubleshooting** * Able to install and connect appliances **independently with minimal supervision** * Able to identify electrical faults and carry out appropriate corrective solutions * Good understanding of **electrical safety and safe working practices** * Experience working on **maintenance, fit\-out, renovation, residential, or commercial projects** * Reliable, disciplined, responsible, and willing to work hands\-on * Good communication and coordination skills * **Candidates currently available in Dubai/UAE are preferred** * **Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage** Important This position requires a **genuinely skilled and hands\-on technician** who can independently handle appliance installation, electrical connections, testing, troubleshooting, and corrective works on site.
