Analyst – Hedge Fund

• Research companies, sectors and markets to generate and support trade ideas using fundamental, technical and quantitative analysis • Monitor live positions, market movements and P&L throughout the trading day • Track macroeconomic data, earnings, news flow and events that could move the portfolio • Support trade execution while learning the fund's strategy, risk limits and execution process • Assist with risk management, including position sizing, stop-losses and exposure limits • Prepare daily market summaries, performance reports and notes for senior management • Prior experience in financial markets such as trading, equity research, investment analysis or a related role • Direct trading experience is a plus but not required • Strong understanding of financial markets and company fundamentals, including financial statements, valuation and macro drivers • Sharp analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Proficiency in Excel • Familiarity with Bloomberg, TradingView or similar platforms • Humble, coachable and eager to learn, with high long-term potential
