We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and customer\-focused All\-Rounder Spa Therapist to join our VIP gents salon \& spa in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced therapist who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a first\-class client experience. The successful candidate will be confident in performing a range of wellness and grooming services, including massage therapy, manicure \& pedicure, facial treatments, and body care services. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high\-quality massage treatments, including relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and other therapeutic techniques. * Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, ensuring excellent attention to detail and client comfort. * Provide facial treatments, body scrubs, body grooming, waxing, and other spa services based on your qualifications and training. * Recommend suitable treatments, retail products, and service upgrades to enhance the client’s overall experience. * Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service, professionalism, and personalized care. * Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each appointment to ensure a premium presentation at all times. * Accurately maintain treatment records and communicate any client concerns or preferences where required. * Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and monthly performance targets. * Uphold the salon’s luxury service standards, grooming requirements, and professional code of conduct. Ideal Candidate * Minimum 2 years of experience as an all\-rounder therapist in a reputable salon, spa, or wellness center. * Proficient in professional massage therapy, manicure \& pedicure, and facial treatments. * Experience in Moroccan bath, body grooming, or waxing is considered an advantage. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Positive attitude, well\-presented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment. * Flexible to work weekends and rotating shifts. * Candidates currently based in the UAE or with GCC experience are preferred.
