AI Transformation & Automation Lead

We are looking for a hands\-on **AI Transformation \& Automation Lead** to help modernize how our company operates. This is not a traditional AI Engineer role, and it is not a Chief AI Officer role. We need someone who sits between strategy and execution — a person who understands the business, can design practical AI solutions, and can actually implement them. This role is **not** about single\-handedly transforming the entire company. The goal is for this person to lead the transformation, deliver the first working solutions, and clearly identify where additional developers or specialized vendors are needed as the initiative scales. Key Responsibilities * Understand company operations, processes, and management priorities before proposing solutions * Design and build practical, working AI solutions (not just prototypes or theoretical models) * Integrate AI solutions with Odoo and other existing business systems * Automate manual procedures and workflows across departments * Manage data governance, access permissions, and associated risks * Train employees on new tools and processes, and measure adoption and results * Identify where the initiative requires additional developers or external specialized companies, and scope that work clearly What We're Looking For * Strong understanding of business operations and management, not just technical systems * Proven ability to build and deploy functional AI solutions end\-to\-end * Experience integrating AI/automation tools with ERP systems (Odoo experience strongly preferred) * Experience automating cross\-department workflows and processes * Familiarity with data management, access control, and risk considerations * Strong communication skills — able to train and support non\-technical staff * A pragmatic, execution\-focused mindset: comfortable being hands\-on rather than purely strategic Work Location: In person
