AI Strategist

Job Summary We are looking for a **creative and forward\-thinking AI Strategist** to help the organization identify, plan, and implement practical Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve business operations, productivity, customer experience, and decision\-making. The ideal candidate will have **2–3 years of experience working with AI technologies**, with strong knowledge of Generative AI, AI tools, automation, prompt engineering, and emerging AI solutions. The candidate should be able to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI strategies and opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. * Identify business processes and operations where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, and performance. * Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, platforms, and applications. * Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and potential impact. * Develop AI implementation roadmaps and recommend appropriate solutions. * Work with different departments to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for AI adoption. * Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support business processes and strategic initiatives. * Develop effective prompts, AI workflows, and automation processes. * Explore AI\-powered solutions such as AI assistants, chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent data analysis. * Monitor developments in AI technology and recommend new tools that may benefit the organization. * Assist in testing, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions. * Track the performance and business impact of AI initiatives using appropriate KPIs. * Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and recommendations related to AI initiatives. * Support management in making informed decisions regarding AI investments and technology adoption. * Promote responsible and effective use of AI within the organization. * Provide basic guidance and training to employees on the effective use of AI tools. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology**, or a related field. * **2–3 years of relevant experience in AI technology, AI strategy, automation, digital transformation, or a related field.** * Strong understanding of **Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies**. * Hands\-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of **prompt engineering, AI automation, LLMs, and AI\-powered business applications**. * Strong analytical, strategic\-thinking, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to identify practical AI opportunities and translate them into actionable plans. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical teams. * Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and continuous learning. Preferred Skills * Experience developing AI strategies or AI implementation plans. * Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, workflow automation, and AI\-powered assistants. * Understanding of APIs and integration of AI tools with existing business systems. * Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, data analytics, or automation platforms is an advantage. * Experience in business process optimization or digital transformation is preferred. * Experience within **real estate, construction, facility management, or other service industries** is an advantage.
