AI Strategist

Job Summary We are seeking an innovative and results\-driven **AI Strategist** to lead our organization's AI transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence into business operations, improve efficiency through automation, and develop AI\-powered solutions that support business growth. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the company's AI strategy aligned with business objectives. * Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI technologies. * Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with management and department heads to understand business needs and propose AI\-driven solutions. * Build AI\-powered workflows, chatbots, virtual assistants, and document automation systems. * Utilize Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools. * Analyze business processes and recommend AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational performance. * Train employees on AI best practices and promote AI adoption across departments. * Monitor AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. * Ensure AI solutions comply with company policies, data privacy, and ethical standards. * Prepare reports, presentations, and AI implementation roadmaps for management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or AI strategy. * Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts, Prompt Engineering, and business process automation. * Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies. * Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, etc.) is an advantage. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and project management skills. * Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. * Must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
