AI Solution Architect

About the Role: As an AI Solution Architect based in Riyadh, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures by leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python programming, and Microsoft Azure cloud services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure optimal performance and reliability of AI systems across the organization. Responsibilities: • Design and implement end-to-end AI solution architectures, including data ingestion, processing, storage, and serving layers • Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-intensive applications • Build scalable, cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AKS) • Write, review, and optimize Python code for model training, inference, and integration • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and roadmaps • Ensure best practices in security, scalability, high availability, and performance tuning • Create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and conduct design reviews • Mentor and guide development teams on architecture standards, coding practices, and DevOps processes Preferred Qualifications: • Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate certification • Master s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline • Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker • Familiarity with MENA region data privacy, regulatory, and compliance standards • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing engagements Position Details • Position Title: AI Solution Architect • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Industry: IT • Experience Required: 5+ years Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles, with a focus on AI implementations • Proven expertise designing and deploying AI-driven solutions in production environments • Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and methodologies • Proficiency in Python for machine learning, data processing, and system integration • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and AKS • Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles, security best practices, and DevOps workflows • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
