We are currently looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team for a leading Healthcare Technology client in the UAE. � Experience Required: 6–10 Years � Location: Dubai, UAE � Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred � Key Skills & Competencies: ⭐ Mandatory — Primary Skills: ✅ Hands-on experience in Fine-Tuning open-source LLMs — LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFT & Instruction Tuning ✅ Practical experience with Reinforcement Learning — RLHF, DPO, PPO & Reward Modelling ✅ Experience with clinical / healthcare fine-tuning datasets — EHR text, medical terminology & clinical notes ✅ Proficiency with RL & alignment frameworks — TRL, OpenRLHF, RLAIF or equivalent � Core AI Engineering Skills: ✅ Hands-on experience in LLM-based system design — RAG, NER & Agent workflows ✅ Strong proficiency in Python & FastAPI ✅ Experience with Vector Databases — Milvus, FAISS, or Chroma ✅ Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs — Neo4j, Nebula & Cypher query language ✅ Exposure to Clinical NLP — NER models, SNOMED, ICD & RxNorm ✅ Experience building AI Evaluation Frameworks — hallucination detection, faithfulness scoring & alignment metrics ✅ Familiarity with on-prem / offline LLM deployments — LLaMA, Qwen, Mistral or similar ✅ Prior experience in Healthcare / Clinical AI platforms is a strong advantage Hands-on experience in Fine-Tuning open-source LLMs — LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFT & Instruction Tuning ✅ Practical experience with Reinforcement Learning — RLHF, DPO, PPO & Reward Modelling ✅ Experience with clinical / healthcare fine-tuning datasets — EHR text, medical terminology & clinical notes
