AI & DATA SCIENCE TRAINER (Multilingual)

**About the Role** We are seeking an energetic, technically proficient, and highly articulate **Multilingual AI \& Data Science Trainer** to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex cutting\-edge technologies and practical execution—designing and delivering high\-impact training programs, workshops, and corporate bootcamps across Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI Automation. **Key Responsibilities** * **Training Delivery:** Plan and conduct engaging, hands\-on technical training sessions in **English and Arabic** (or other relevant regional languages) for individuals, enterprise clients, and student cohorts. * **Curriculum Development:** Design, update, and maintain robust course materials, real\-world case studies, practical assignments, and end\-to\-end capstone projects. * **Hands\-on Mentorship:** Guide learners through real\-world implementation, code debugging, model training, deployment pipelines, and AI workflow automation. * **Assessment \& Feedback:** Evaluate participant performance, provide constructive technical guidance, and ensure measurable learning outcomes. * **Tech Stack Evolution:** Stay ahead of fast\-evolving AI trends, tools, and frameworks to keep learning modules modern and industry\-aligned. **Required Expertise \& Technical Stack** * **Programming \& Databases:** Advanced Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn) and SQL for relational database management and querying. * **Data Science \& Analytics:** Data wrangling, exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical modeling, and data visualization tools. * **Machine Learning \& Deep Learning:** Supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, computer vision, NLP, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. * **Generative AI \& Prompt Engineering:** Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, prompt optimization, fine\-tuning, and API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, open\-source models). * **AI Automation \& Agents:** Agentic workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and AI process automation integrations. * **Model Development \& Deployment:** End\-to\-end MLOps basics, model optimization, Docker, FastAPI/Flask, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline. * **Language Capability:** **Multilingual fluency** (Arabic and English required) with exceptional oral and written communication skills in both languages. * **Practical Experience:** Strong hands\-on technical background in building AI/data solutions, accompanied by prior experience in training, teaching, or public technical speaking. * **Presentation Skills:** Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to break down complex technical topics into clear, digestible concepts for varied audience levels.
