AI Automation Fellow Quality

As a Quality Automation Fellow , you'll join our AI & Automation Track , where you'll help shape the future of how quality is managed across Calo. Quality is at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow, we want to move beyond manual processes and build intelligent systems that help us identify issues faster, improve consistency, and raise the bar across our operations. In this role, you'll work alongside our Quality team to identify repetitive tasks, explore opportunities for automation, and build AI-powered solutions that make a real difference. One of your biggest opportunities will be helping us build a network of AI agents that monitor operations across our kitchens, surface insights in real time, and allow our teams to focus on solving problems instead of searching for them. What you'll be working on • Identify repetitive quality processes that can be improved through AI and automation. • Design and build practical solutions that make our operations smarter, faster, and more reliable. • Develop dashboards, workflows, and AI-powered tools used by the Quality team. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and turn them into scalable solutions. • Experiment with new technologies, test ideas, and continuously improve what you build. • Share your progress, present your work, and contribute to the future of Quality at Calo. What we're looking for We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for builders. You'll likely be a great fit if you: • Recently graduated from high school or university. • Have little or no professional experience but are excited to learn. • Love technology and are curious about AI and automation. • Enjoy solving problems and thinking creatively. • Learn quickly and aren't afraid to explore unfamiliar tools. • Take ownership and enjoy figuring things out independently. • Care about quality and pay attention to the details. • Communicate well and enjoy collaborating with different people. • Are resilient, humble, and open to feedback. Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Python, Google Sheets, Notion, or automation platforms is a plus, but absolutely not required.
