Agricultural Engineer - Farm Manager

We believe in sharing success; thus, we have designed an exceptional incentive structure that makes our engineer a true partner in the season’s profits. *(Note: Fluency in both English for technical manuals and Arabic for labour management is strictly mandatory).* **Compensation \& Benefits (Our Unique Selling Proposition):** * **Base Salary:** 450 OMR per month. * **Seasonal Performance Bonuses:** Paid at the end of each agricultural season based on achieving the approved plan and quality standards: * Achieving 85%\+: **2,500 OMR** bonus. * Achieving 100%\+: **5,000 OMR** bonus. * Achieving 120%\+: **8,500 OMR** bonus. * **Discretionary Emergency Bonus:** In the event of uncontrollable climatic emergencies or force majeure pests, a flexible safeguard bonus will be evaluated and awarded. The exact amount will be determined by management based on the actual effort exerted to mitigate the crisis and the specific circumstances, provided full adherence to technical protocols. * **Additional Perks:** Site accommodation \+A dedicated company vehicle for farm operations \+ 30 days of paid annual leave \+ insurance \+ Others **Key Responsibilities (Results\-Driven Management):** As the site manager, you will lead both technical and administrative operations, including: * **Planning \& Preparation:** Developing the technical seasonal proposal with the consultant, inspecting inputs, and overseeing soil preparation. * **Irrigation \& Fertigation:** Precise programming and operation of Center Pivot irrigation systems, and managing daily/weekly fertigation. * **Field Scouting \& Pest Control:** Daily field monitoring, implementing strict pest control protocols, and ensuring adherence to Pre\-Harvest Intervals (PHI). * **Quality \& Harvest Management:** Maintaining accurate traceability/spray records, and overseeing the entire harvest, sorting, and packing process. * **Labor Leadership:** Directing, training, and managing daily farm workers, distributing tasks, and tracking productivity to maintain a safe and highly productive nvironment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering (Minimum). * Proven hands\-on experience in Centre Pivot irrigation systems and field crops. * Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, reporting, and data entry). * Highly Preferred: Experience in operating agricultural drones for field scouting and crop monitoring. * Fluency in English (Technical) and Arabic (Managerial/Communication).
