• Machinery & Equipment Development: Designing and upgrading agricultural machinery (such as tractors and harvesters) and providing technical support for maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Soil Analysis & Testing: Conducting soil and water tests to determine salinity levels, nutrient content, and suitability for cultivation.
• Pest Control & Plant Protection: Developing preventative plans for plant diseases, managing pest control, and supervising fertilization and pruning processes.
• Green Projects & Landscaping: Supervising the design and landscaping of green spaces, nurseries, and afforestation forests.
• Consulting & Extension Services: Providing technical guidance to farmers on adapting to water scarcity, limited arable land, and climate change.
• Reporting & Compliance: Preparing technical and financial reports, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems, understanding of equipment operating mechanisms, and analysis of soil and climate data.
• Soft Skills: Ability to solve problems in challenging field conditions, effective communication skills, and time and project management.
