Job description

• Build, lead, and grow a high-performing Affiliate Sales Team. • Recruit, onboard, and motivate new affiliate partners. • Set and achieve clear sales and revenue targets. • Develop strategies to grow affiliate sales and expand the network. • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize activities to maximize ROI. • Manage commission structures and incentive programs. • At least 2 years of sales experience in the UAE • Proficient in English What we offer • Premium products • Salary based on your experience • Very attractive commissions, from 5–20% • Extra benefits and bonuses for reaching targets
