Administrative Support

Company overview: Pentabell is seeking a skilled Administrative Support, for one of its clients. The position involves managing document control procedures and ensuring efficient communication within the project teams. Position: Document Control Officer (PMC Level) Summary: We are looking for an experienced Document Control Officer to manage document workflows, maintain registers and logs, and ensure version control in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities: Manage document workflows including submission, review, and approval. Maintain organized tracking of documents through registers and logs. Ensure strict application of document version control and numbering systems. Coordinate with engineering teams, contracts & commercial teams, and QA/QC team for effective project management. Prepare regular reports on document status and submissions. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field 3-5 years of experience as a Document Control Officer in a construction/PMC environment Document control procedures EDMS systems (Aconex preferred) Transmittals and document tracking Cross-functional coordination Strong organizational skills
