The Role The successful candidate will provide administrative and business support across the firm's operations, with responsibilities that may include: • Providing day-to-day administrative and office support • Coordinating meetings, schedules and internal activities • Preparing correspondence, reports and documents • Maintaining records, filing systems and databases • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders • Supporting general business services and office operations • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required Requirements • UAE National (essential) • Currently based in Dubai • Fluent English, including reading, writing and speaking • Strong organisational and communication skills • Good Microsoft Office skills • Professional, proactive and eager to learn • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Previous experience within a law firm, professional services or corporate environment is advantageous but not essential • Keen to develop a long-term career within an international firm
