Administrative Assistant

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department What You'll Be Doing: • Maintaining document registers • Access Permit applications • Accommodation and transport bookings • Distribute documents in EDMS to relevant parties • Assist in production of periodic reports • Document quality checks • General administration tasks that may include data entry and preparation of correspondence.
