Job Title: Administration Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised **Administration Manager** to oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate between departments, prepare management reports, and support HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem\-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise the company’s daily administrative operations.
* Coordinate between all departments to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks.
* Follow up on departmental action plans, deadlines, and management instructions.
* Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
* Collect, review, and organise reports and information received from different departments.
* Assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and performance follow\-ups.
* Maintain employee files, company records, contracts, licences, and other confidential documents.
* Schedule and coordinate management meetings, departmental meetings, appointments, and company activities.
* Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on agreed action points.
* Develop and improve administrative procedures, internal policies, filing systems, and workflows.
* Monitor office supplies, facilities, maintenance, and service providers.
* Support senior management with correspondence, presentations, data analysis, and special assignments.
* Handle sensitive employee and company information with strict confidentiality.
* Identify administrative issues and provide practical solutions to management.
* Ensure all departments follow company policies and reporting procedures.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum **five years of experience** in administration management or a similar role.
* Proven experience in departmental coordination, management reporting, and HR assistance.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent report\-writing, record\-management, and presentation skills.
* Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and time\-management abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple departments, priorities, and deadlines.
* Professional English communication skills; additional languages will be an advantage.
* Previous experience in the UAE will be preferred.
