HR And Administration Executive

Human Resources • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. • Process employment visas, labor contracts, medical insurance, and other employee-related documentation. • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs. • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. • Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. Administration • Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations. • Coordinate with service providers and government authorities. • Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management. • Maintain company licenses, permits, tenancy contracts, and other statutory documents. • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and logistics when required. • Schedule and coordinate timely maintenance and servicing of company vehicles, ensuring all records, service histories, registrations, and related documentation are accurately maintained and updated • Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records. • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2– 5 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in the UAE. • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processing, and government procedures. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience with HRMS and payroll systems is an advantage.
