Admin & Customer Support Officer

We are looking for Admin & Customer Support Officer who will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining communication with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks. • Assist in handling reservations, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing sales. You will also be responsible for hotel and restaurant booking, airline & activity ticketing, and ensuring all reservations are accurate and timely. • Act as a point of contact for members and partners • Conduct effective contract negotiations and establish strategic partnerships across diverse sectors. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel & booking arrangements. • Assist in the management and support of the mobile app, including user support and troubleshooting. • Coordinate updates and improvements to the mobile app in collaboration with IT and development teams. • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Qualifications • Phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills • Experience in providing administrative assistance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexible working hours/shift • Native Arabic Speaker Preferred
