Support day-to-day accounting and financial activities, ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, maintain proper financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial reports in compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities
Record, review, and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
Review supporting documents and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
Review invoices, expenses, and payment documents and ensure proper accounting classification.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation.
Support compliance with applicable accounting, VAT, Zakat, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Qualification, Education, Training & Certification Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Valid professional registration/membership with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) is mandatory.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Experience with Odoo is preferred.

Mandatory Requirement: Valid SOCPA membership/registration.
