Accountant and administrator

Job Title: Accountant \& Administrator Company: Alallam Cleaning Services Location: Doha, Qatar Reports to: Owner/Founder Role Summary Manage day\-to\-day financial operations and administrative functions for Alallam's cleaning operations, including client billing, vendor/supplier payments, staff records, and general office administration. Key Responsibilities Accounting Maintain books of accounts and reconciliations Prepare monthly cash flow reports, due payments tracking, and daily/weekly reporting packs Handle client invoicing and follow\-up on outstanding payments Track vendor and supplier payments (cleaning supplies, equipment, fuel, etc.) Maintain payroll records and staff expense tracking Prepare simple financial summaries for the owner Administration Maintain client contracts and service agreements Coordinate scheduling/documentation for cleaning crews and the mobile post\-construction unit Handle correspondence (Arabic/English), including WhatsApp Business communications Maintain HR records (staff contracts, attendance, leave) General office filing and administrative support Support permit/license renewals and municipal compliance as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2\+ years' experience in accounting/admin, service industry experience a plus Proficiency in Excel (cash flow trackers, reporting) Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Organized, hands\-on, comfortable working closely with field/operations staff What We Offer Hands\-on role with direct exposure to business operations Opportunity to grow with the company as it scales Pay: From QAR2,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
