Account Management Specialist

On behalf of our company, we are looking for an Account Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh Job Summary: Responsible for managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver HR and recruitment solutions effectively. Job Description Responsibilities and Duties Leadership • Manage client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships. • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery. • Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly. • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and promote additional HR and recruitment services. • Follow up on invoice issuance and ensure invoices are sent to clients on time. • Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of overdue invoices. • Saudi national. • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations. • Good English communication skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organizational and follow-up skills. • Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment collection. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
