Academic Counselor

**We are hiring a motivated and target\-driven Academic Telesales Counselor to engage with prospective students, handle inquiries over calls, and convert leads into enrollments. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets in the education sector.** **Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students * Respond to inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms * Counsel students on courses and guide them toward suitable programs * Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions * Clearly explain course details, fees, and schedules * Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and admissions * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Proven experience in telesales, tele\-calling, or education admissions * Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills * Comfortable handling high call volumes and follow\-ups * Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, Google Sheets) * Target\-oriented and self\-motivated **What We Offer** * Fixed salary \+ attractive incentives based on performance * Training and skill development * Professional and supportive work environment Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED4,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have previous experience in academic counseling, tele\-calling, or admissions? * Do you currently hold a valid personal visa? * Are you available to join immediately or within a short notice period? * How many years of academic counselor experience do you have? * what are the language you can speak ?
