AC Duct Cleaning / Mold Remediation Supervisor

**AC Duct Cleaning / Mold Remediation Supervisor** Hyperclean Technical Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead HVAC hygiene and mold remediation projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality assets in the UAE. **Scope of Work** * Supervise AC duct cleaning operations — mechanical agitation, negative air extraction, coil and AHU deep cleaning, and antimicrobial application * Lead mold remediation works including containment setup, negative pressure control, HEPA filtration, source removal, and post\-remediation cleaning * Enforce correct isolation, containment integrity, and waste handling procedures throughout * Conduct site surveys, define scope of works, and prepare method statements and RAMS * Manage technician teams, allocate daily works, and monitor productivity and finish quality * Carry out pre\- and post\-works documentation — moisture readings, photographs, and verification records * Ensure correct use of PPE and full compliance with HSE requirements * Liaise with clients, consultants, and facility teams on access, scheduling, and handover **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years' UAE experience in duct cleaning and/or remediation works, with at least 2 years supervising teams * Working knowledge of NADCA, IICRC, or equivalent industry standards (certification an advantage) * Understanding of HVAC systems, containment principles, and moisture\-related building issues * Competent in report preparation and site documentation in English * Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory * Willing to work night shifts and travel across emirates as required **Terms** * Employment visa and medical insurance provided * Salary commensurate with experience * Candidates on cancelled visa / immediately available preferred Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
