• Proactively identify and engage potential high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and tailoring credit card solutions. • Conduct in-depth needs analysis for clients, recommending the most suitable credit card products based on spending habits and lifestyle. • Effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and rewards programs of various credit card offerings to prospective customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit card acquisition and portfolio growth. • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach within the Arabic-speaking community. Key Requirements: • Fluent in English and Arabic • Male / Female candidates welcome • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in the banking/financial industry • Proven track record in Credit Card Sales in the UAE • Must provide 6 months bank statement showing incentives • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory • Prefer candidates from international banks or top local conventional banks
