A/C Technician

Parkside Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of managing our indoor air conditioning systems, executing preventative and reactive maintenance, and supporting comprehensive duct cleaning operations. We require a versatile technician capable of servicing equipment from all major global manufacturers to ensure optimal cooling performance and indoor air quality. Key Responsibilities * **Indoor AC Management:** Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of indoor air conditioning units, ensuring uninterrupted cooling and optimal system performance. * **Multi\-Brand Servicing:** Execute technical repairs and scheduled servicing across all major AC manufacturing brands (e.g., O General, Daikin, Carrier, Mitsubishi, LG, SKM). * **Duct Cleaning Operations:** Assist in and execute thorough AC duct cleaning procedures, effectively removing dust, debris, and blockages to improve airflow and indoor air quality. * **Diagnostics \& Repair:** Swiftly identify mechanical and electrical faults within HVAC systems and implement effective, long\-lasting solutions. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Maintain a clean working environment and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines during maintenance and cleaning operations. * **Reporting:** Document service actions, track maintenance schedules, and communicate parts requirements to the technical management team. Qualifications \& Requirements * **Targeted Experience:** **Strong priority will be given to candidates with prior employment history at top\-tier UAE facilities management companies, specifically Shabaka, Farnek, Imdaad, or Emrill.** * **Technical Expertise:** Proven hands\-on experience as an AC/HVAC Technician in the UAE, with a demonstrated ability to repair and service a wide variety of major AC brands. * **Duct Cleaning Knowledge:** Practical experience handling standard duct cleaning equipment and executing proper sanitation methodologies. * **Education:** A valid technical certificate, diploma, or specialized vocational training in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related mechanical field. * **Skills:** Strong problem\-solving abilities, physical stamina for manual technical work, and a customer\-focused approach. Basic proficiency in English is required to read manuals and complete service reports. Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How soon can you join ?
