MEP Site Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Site Supervisor** to supervise and coordinate MEP works on construction sites, including villas, residential, commercial, and high\-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams and subcontractors, monitoring MEP installation works, coordinating with civil and architectural teams, and ensuring all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily **MEP installation and construction activities** on site. * Coordinate **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other MEP works**. * Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and single\-line diagrams. * Coordinate MEP activities with **civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams**. * Supervise MEP technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors. * Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and productivity. * Ensure installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship. * Identify MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems and assist in resolving them. * Coordinate MEP inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. * Prepare daily/weekly site progress and manpower reports. * Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with project safety procedures, PPE requirements, PTW, and applicable Bahrain construction standards. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field**. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant MEP site supervision experience** in building construction. * Strong hands\-on experience with **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems**. * Good ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings. * Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors. * Strong knowledge of MEP installation and construction site coordination. * Good leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * **Bahrain construction experience is preferred.** * Experience with villas, residential, commercial, or high\-rise projects is an advantage. * **Must be currently locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner preferred.** * Candidates with primarily maintenance/facilities\-management experience without hands\-on construction experience may not be suitable.
