MEP Construction Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Construction Supervisor** with strong hands\-on experience in building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily MEP activities, site teams, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily **MEP construction and installation activities** on site. * Oversee **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and related MEP works**. * Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications. * Coordinate MEP works with **civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams**. * Supervise technicians, workers, subcontractors, and MEP site teams. * Monitor daily work progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship. * Identify and resolve MEP clashes, installation issues, and site coordination problems. * Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities. * Prepare daily and weekly progress and manpower reports. * Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Ensure required MEP materials and equipment are available at site when needed. Requirements \& Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field** is preferred. * **3–5\+ years of relevant experience** in MEP construction/site supervision. * Strong hands\-on experience in **building construction** is required. * Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. * Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings. * Experience supervising construction teams, technicians, and subcontractors. * Experience in **villas, residential, commercial, or high\-rise projects** is an advantage. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * **Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred.** * Candidates with primarily maintenance/facilities experience without hands\-on construction experience may not be suitable. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is highly preferred.** Work Location: In person
