**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Bachelor's or higher degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
* Must be a Licensed Environmental Planner or equivalent
* **Minimum fifteen (15\) years of total professional experience**
* With relevant trainings/seminars in the field of expertise
* **Willing to work overseas**
