Zoho Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Zoho Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Zoho One applications, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, integrations, and business process optimization. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and develop scalable solutions across multiple Zoho applications. The candidate should not only be proficient in Zoho CRM but should also have a working understanding of the broader Zoho ecosystem and how different applications interact to create end-to-end business workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain solutions across Zoho One applications. • Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, approvals, validation rules, and automation using Deluge scripting. • Analyze business requirements and design practical solutions to address operational challenges. • Create and maintain custom modules, layouts, fields, and business processes within Zoho applications. • Develop and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, integrations, data synchronization, and user adoption. • Design reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to support management decision-making. • Participate in implementation, migration, enhancement, and support projects across the Zoho ecosystem. • Document business requirements, technical specifications, and implemented solutions. Required Skills & Experience • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications. • Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and custom function development. • Good understanding of Zoho One and the overall Zoho ecosystem. • Experience working with: Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho Projects Zoho Campaigns Zoho Forms Zoho Analytics Zoho Flow Zoho Sign Zoho People (preferred) • Experience configuring workflows, blueprints, approvals, assignments, and automation. • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations. • Understanding of CRM implementation and business process automation. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication skills with the ability to gather requirements directly from stakeholders.
