A certified organic farm based in Barka, Oman. We deliver fresh Organic Certified Farm boxes to supermarkets, hotels and homes across Muscat. We are looking for a **passionate, creative, and hands\-on Sales \& Marketing Intern** to grow our home delivery business, increase retail sales and strengthen the YUZU brand. This is an opportunity to gain real\-world experience across **digital marketing, content creation, retail sales, trade marketing, branding, packaging and customer experience**. **Role Overview** This is a hands\-on role combining **creative marketing with retail sales and execution**. You will work across social media, supermarket sales, trade marketing, merchandising, packaging and customer communication. You won't simply be sitting behind a desk — you'll have the opportunity to visit supermarkets, meet retail teams, create content, work on POSM and packaging, interact with customers and action your ideas. **Key Responsibilities** **Digital Marketing \& Content** * Shoot, edit and schedule content for Instagram and other digital channels. * Create photos, stories, reels and promotional content. * Help plan our content calendar and develop creative campaigns. * Create campaigns to grow our home delivery business and social media presence. * Respond to comments, social media \& WhatsApp messages. * Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar. **Retail Sales** * Help grow YUZU's sales across our supermarket network. * Visit supermarkets and build relationships with retail teams. * Promote YUZU products and identify opportunities to increase sales. * Follow up with retail contacts regarding products, promotions and sales opportunities. * Monitor product availability and visibility. * Gather feedback from retailers and identify new sales opportunities. **Trade Marketing \& Retail Execution** * Create and coordinate **POSM** such as shelf talkers, wobblers and in\-store signage. * Improve product displays and visibility in supermarkets. * Visit retail locations to ensure YUZU is presented according to brand standards. * Support seasonal promotions and retail campaigns. * Photograph store displays and provide feedback on execution. **Branding \& Packaging** * Improve YUZU's packaging and product presentation to look more attractive to buyers * Help maintain consistent branding across all mediums, including digital, retail, and packaging * Research packaging, merchandising, and branding ideas from successful food brands. **Customer Experience** * Respond to customer chats through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels. * Answer questions about products, orders and deliveries. * Help resolve customer issues and provide a friendly customer experience. * Gather customer feedback and identify ways to improve **customer happiness and retention**. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for someone who is: * **Creative, proactive and willing to take initiative.** * Confident and comfortable speaking with people. * Passionate about **food, farming and healthy living**. * Interested in **sales, marketing, social media, branding and retail**. * Comfortable creating photo and video content. * Organised and able to manage multiple tasks. * Curious and eager to learn. * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. **Requirements** * **Valid Oman Driving License and access to a car.** * Good communication skills in English. * Basic familiarity with Instagram and Facebook. * Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar skills are a plus. * Previous sales or marketing experience is **not required**. **What You'll Gain** * Real\-world experience in **sales and marketing**. * Hands\-on digital marketing and content creation experience. * Experience in **retail sales and trade marketing**. * Experience with POSM, merchandising and supermarket execution. * Exposure to branding and packaging development. * Customer communication and customer experience skills. * Mentorship and experience working with a growing organic food brand. * The opportunity to see your ideas move from **concept to execution**. **Working Environment** This is a **hands\-on internship**.
