Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Workshop Supervisor – Lexus Ras Al Khaimah and lead a team of skilled technicians in delivering exceptional workshop performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving productivity, ensuring vehicles are repaired right the first time, and delivering on-time service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will play an important role in developing technical talent, optimizing workshop operations, and supporting Lexus's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You Will Do • Lead and supervise the day-to-day workshop operations to achieve productivity, efficiency, and revenue targets • Drive the "Fix It Right" culture and ensure adherence to manufacturer and distributor technical standards • Monitor workshop KPIs, sold hours, utilization, productivity, and on-time delivery performance • Plan and allocate workloads effectively to maximize technician efficiency and workshop capacity • Ensure quality control standards are maintained and implement corrective actions where required • Coach, mentor, and support technicians through training and performance management • Manage warranty repair processes and ensure compliance with principal requirements • Oversee workshop tools, equipment, consumables, and inventory management • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancement projects • Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, company policies, and operational standards Required Skills to be Successful • Strong leadership and team supervision skills • Deep understanding of automotive workshop operations and dealership processes • Proven ability to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction • Strong analytical and KPI management capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in quality control, warranty management, and workshop planning • Strong attention to operational excellence and continuous improvement • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering premium service • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering • Relevant automotive technical certifications • Minimum 5 years of experience within automotive workshop operations • Previous experience in a workshop supervisory or team leadership role • Strong knowledge of dealership operations, workshop KPIs, and technical processes • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational results
