Workshop Operator

• We're looking to hire a Workshop Operator to support our rocket propulsion manufacturing operations. The role covers three main areas: thermal rubber insulation and lay-up work (full training will be provided), general assembly assistance working alongside engineers during integration, component handling, and machining floor support including part setup, basic inspection, and deburring. The ideal candidate has a technical diploma or vocational background in mechanical or manufacturing disciplines and is comfortable rotating across different workshop functions. Prior aerospace or defense exposure is a plus, but the priority is a reliable, hands-on workshop generalist with strong attention to detail and a good safety mindset. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or a certificate in a relevant trade preferred. • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in operating and maintaining common workshop machinery and tools. • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
