Wellness Manager

**Strategic Wellness Leadership*** Develop and implement a property\-specific wellness strategy in alignment with IHG brand standards. * Design wellness experiences that integrate physical, mental, emotional, and environmental well\-being. * Lead cross\-departmental coordination to embed wellness touchpoints into F\&B, housekeeping, spa, recreation, and guest rooms. **Program Development \& Guest Experience*** Create and manage a schedule of wellness activities (e.g., yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, nature walks, sleep programs, detox packages). * Partner with spa and fitness teams to deliver signature wellness journeys for guests. * Introduce and oversee special events such as wellness retreats, fitness pop\-ups, and seasonal lifestyle campaigns. * Incorporate sustainable and local elements into programming (e.g., farm\-to\-table, herbal treatments, eco\-hikes). **Team Management \& Collaboration*** Supervise fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and external practitioners (yoga instructors, nutritionists, etc.). * Work closely with the Spa Manager, Executive Chef, and Rooms Division to align goals and ensure a holistic guest experience. * Provide wellness training and lifestyle workshops for both guests and staff. **Facilities \& Operations** * Ensure the optimal functionality, cleanliness, and aesthetics of wellness\-related spaces (fitness center, yoga studio, meditation rooms, etc.). * Source, manage, and evaluate wellness equipment, supplies, and technologies. * Enforce safety, hygiene, and brand compliance standards in all wellness spaces. **Marketing \& Branding** * Collaborate with Sales \& Marketing to promote wellness offerings to target markets (e.g., leisure travelers, wellness tourists, corporate groups). * Develop promotional materials, wellness menus, and digital content with the hotel’s marketing team. * Represent the hotel’s wellness philosophy in the local community, online presence, and partnerships.
