WELL PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR

**Primary Purpose of the Job:** Carryout, monitor, evaluate and submit to UNO well and field performance by managing and coordinating all wells work activities and Well Testing for all Dukhan field crude oil wells and to ensure quality well test. Coordinates with various stakeholders across departments and directorates so that Well Testing is performed according to the planned test schedule and ensure Well Test guidelines are understood and implemented. Carry out initial diagnostic and monitor well behavior to find out early integrity issue. Monitoring Gas lift performance of each wells to determine the optimal Gas lift injection rate for oil wells. **Required Experience and Skills:** A minimum of 3\+ year experience oil and gas fields with extensive exposure to practical experience in Operations. **Educational Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (Petroleum/Chemical/Process) or equivalent.
