Welder MIG/TIG

**Location:** Ibri, Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Al Bany International Oman** is looking for a skilled and experienced **MIG / TIG Welder** to join our team in **Ibri, Oman**. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding structural steel, piping, and fabricated components while ensuring high\-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform MIG and TIG welding on structural steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, and other metal components. * Read and interpret welding symbols, engineering drawings, and fabrication plans. * Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and fitting components. * Ensure welds meet project specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements. * Inspect completed welds for defects and carry out repairs where necessary. * Operate and maintain welding equipment and related tools safely. * Work closely with fabricators, fitters, and supervisors to complete fabrication and assembly activities. * Follow all HSE policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of proven experience** as a MIG / TIG Welder. * Strong experience in structural steel and industrial fabrication projects. * Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols. * Knowledge of welding procedures, joint preparation, and welding quality standards. * Experience with carbon steel and stainless steel welding is required. * Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site environments. * GCC/Oman experience will be an added advantage. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Company accommodation and transportation. * Medical insurance as per company policy. * Opportunity to work on major industrial and infrastructure projects. **Work Location:** Ibri, Sultanate of Oman **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may submit their updated CV, along with relevant experience details and supporting certificates.
