**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled **Welder (ARC / MIG / TIG)** to perform high\-quality welding on structural steel and metal components in accordance with engineering drawings, welding procedures, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more welding processes (SMAW/ARC, GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG) within a structural steel fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform ARC (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), and/or TIG (GTAW) welding as assigned.
* Read and interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and shop drawings.
* Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, beveling, and aligning components before welding.
* Weld structural steel, plates, pipes, frames, brackets, handrails, staircases, trusses, and miscellaneous steel components.
* Ensure all welds meet project specifications, quality requirements, and approved welding procedures.
* Perform tack welding and assist in fit\-up activities when required.
* Inspect completed welds and carry out repairs or rework if necessary.
* Operate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain welding equipment, tools, cables, and accessories in good working condition.
* Follow approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) where applicable.
* Coordinate with Fabricators, Fitters, QC Inspectors, and Workshop Supervisors to complete production targets.
* Handle materials safely using lifting equipment where required.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow company HSE policies and wear the required PPE at all times.
* Report equipment faults, welding defects, or material shortages to the supervisor.
* Perform any other welding\-related duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.
**Requirements**
* Minimum **2–5 years** of experience as an ARC, MIG, or TIG Welder.
* Experience in structural steel fabrication, metal fabrication, PEB, oil \& gas, or industrial construction.
* Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
* Knowledge of welding techniques, welding consumables, and fabrication standards.
* Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium welding is an advantage.
* Familiarity with welding safety procedures and quality standards.
* Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site environments.
* Basic English communication skills are preferred.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
