JOB TITLE: Web Designer, Animator \& AI Tools Specialist Location: UAE Employment Type: Full\-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer, Animator \& AI Tools Specialist to support our group of companies. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining professional websites, creating animations and digital content, and coordinating the implementation of AI tools across different departments. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, update, and maintain responsive company websites. * Create attractive landing pages, product pages, and campaign websites. * Improve website speed, usability, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience. * Create 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, promotional videos, and social media content. * Design banners, presentations, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials. * Coordinate and implement AI tools for marketing, content creation, customer service, reporting, automation, and internal operations. * Research and recommend suitable AI platforms for different business requirements. * Train and support employees in effectively using approved AI tools. * Work closely with the marketing, sales, IT, and management teams. * Integrate websites with CRM systems, enquiry forms, analytics, chatbots, and other business applications. * Monitor website performance, security, backups, and technical issues. * Manage multiple projects for different divisions and complete them within agreed deadlines. * Prepare regular progress reports for management. Required Qualifications and Experience * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web design, animation, digital content creation, or a similar position. * Strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms. * Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UI/UX design, and responsive web development. * Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Figma, or similar tools. * Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, design, video production, automation, and business operations. * Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, website performance, and digital marketing. * Ability to manage several projects independently. * Strong creativity, problem\-solving skills, and attention to detail. * Good communication and coordination skills. * A professional portfolio showing previous websites, animations, videos, and AI\-related projects is mandatory. Preferred Skills * Experience with AI chatbots, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and API\-based tools. * Experience working with multiple brands or companies. * Knowledge of e\-commerce website development. * Experience creating 3D product animations, especially for furniture or consumer products. * Basic understanding of branding and digital advertising.
