Job description
Key Responsibilities:
\* Develop and execute yearly, quarterly \& monthly marketing plans
\* Lead retail, in\-store and seasonal marketing campaigns
\* Manage website/e\-commerce performance and customer journey
\* Oversee social media strategy and content planning
\* Plan and optimize Meta, Google \& other paid campaigns
\* Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, ROAS and ROI reporting
\* Lead and develop the marketing team
\* Drive brand visibility, customer engagement and sales growth
Pay: KD800\.000 \- KD1,000\.000 per month
Work Location: In person
