We are seeking an **Assistant Restaurant Manager** to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations and maintaining excellent service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support daily restaurant operations. * Supervise staff and ensure smooth shift operations. * Monitor customer service and resolve guest concerns. * Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. * Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company standards are followed. * Support inventory and operational control. **Requirements:** * Previous restaurant or hospitality experience. * Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Strong customer\-service orientation.
