Warehouse Supervisor

A **Warehouse Supervisor** for a luxury perfume sales company in Kuwait manages day\-to\-day logistics operations. They ensure premium, high\-value inventory (fragrances, cosmetics, and custom packaging) is securely stored, accurately tracked, and seamlessly distributed to local boutiques, e\-commerce customers, and regional distributors. Core Responsibilities1\. Inventory \& Stock Management * Oversee the safe storage, handling, and organization of high value perfume collections and raw materials. * Manage stock rotations using **First\-In, First\-Out (FIFO)** methodologies to minimize product shelf\-life degradation. * Direct regular **cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventory audits** to eliminate stock discrepancies. * Coordinate directly with the Finance/Accounting team to investigate and resolve any inventory variances. 2\. Order Fulfillment \& Distribution * Supervise the prompt picking, packing, and dispatch of stock orders for retail showrooms and franchise partners. * Oversee the **e\-commerce fulfillment operations**, ensuring fast and accurate home delivery packaging. * Inspect incoming shipments from international suppliers for damages, quantity shortages, or batch mismatches. * Maintain temperature\-controlled warehouse conditions necessary for preserving delicate fragrance oils and liquids. 3\. Team Leadership \& Operations * Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff, handlers, and local delivery drivers. * Enforce strict **security protocols** to prevent shrinkage, theft, or damage of high\-ticket retail items. * Implement workplace health and safety (HSE) measures, keeping fulfillment zones clean and hazard\-free. * Maintain maximum storage capacity and clean layouts through efficient racking and bin\-location systems. 4\. System Tracking \& Reporting * Log all stock movement transactions accurately into the company’s **ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS)**. * Generate regular logistics reports highlighting warehouse productivity, order fulfillment times, and return rates. * Monitor supply levels for essential packaging materials (branded gift boxes, bubble wrap, ribbons) to avoid operational bottlenecks Pay: From KD250\.000 per month Experience: * perfumes: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
