Warehouse picker

**Job Title:** Warehouse Picker **Department:** Warehouse Operations **Location:** Kuwait **Experience**: 2\-3 years only **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for a hardworking and responsible **Warehouse Picker** to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and preparing articles for delivery, transfers, and showroom replenishment. **Key Responsibilities** * Pick articles accurately according to picking lists, orders, or transfer documents. * Check **item description, barcode, quantity, and serial number** before picking. * Ensure the physical items match the system/document requirements. * Scan and update picked items using the warehouse system/scanner. * Pack and prepare items properly for delivery or internal transfer. * Keep picked items organized and ready for dispatch. * Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items immediately to the warehouse supervisor. * Assist with receiving, put\-away, stock arrangement, and inventory counting when required. * Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and assigned locations. * Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies. * Support cycle counts and stock verification activities. * Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to complete daily operations on time. **Requirements** * Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or inventory experience is preferred. * Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock handling. * Ability to read and understand item codes, quantities, and picking lists. * Basic computer/scanner knowledge. * Good attention to detail and accuracy. * Physically fit and able to handle warehouse work. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Reliable, punctual, and responsible. * **Flexible to work different shifts and adjust working hours based on warehouse operational requirements.** * Experience with **Odoo or other warehouse management systems** is an advantage. **Preferred Skills** * Good communication and teamwork. * Ability to work under time pressure. * Careful handling of mobile phones, electronics, and other valuable items. * Strong focus on stock accuracy and avoiding picking errors. * Willingness to learn warehouse systems and procedures. **Main Performance Expectations** * Accurate picking with minimum errors. * Proper handling of articles. * Timely completion of picking and dispatch activities. * Correct scanning and system updates. * Maintaining good warehouse organization and stock accuracy.
