Warehouse Operations Manager

**About the Role** AA Express Logistics is seeking a high\-performing Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily fulfillment, inventory movement, and distribution center activities. You will lead warehouse personnel, streamline receiving and dispatch workflows, enforce strict safety standards, and optimize space utilization to maintain fast order processing and high operational accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** * **Warehouse Leadership:** Direct daily warehouse operations, including inventory receiving, put\-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch. * **Inventory Control:** Oversee cycle counts, full physical inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and variance tracking using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * **Process \& Cost Optimization:** Implement lean warehouse methodologies, optimize floor layout, lower order fulfillment times, and manage labor costs. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Enforce strict workplace safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, equipment maintenance protocols, and facility security procedures. * **Team Management:** Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and fulfillment staff to hit key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements** * **Experience:** 5\+ years of progressive warehouse operations or distribution management experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * **Systems Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates. * **Technical \& Labor Expertise:** Strong understanding of inventory control methods, fleet loading protocols, material handling equipment (MHE), and labor allocation. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Soft Skills:** Outstanding crisis management, leadership, problem\-solving, and operational communication skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١١٬٦٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
