**Warehouse Manager – Foodstuff Trading \& Distribution** **Job Location:** Ajman **Job Type:** Full\-time **Industry:** Foodstuff Trading \& Distribution **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee foodstuff inventory, warehouse organization, stock control, and delivery logistics. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in foodstuff trading or FMCG distribution. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory records, proper product storage, and timely dispatch of goods to customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. * Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock counts. * Organize food products systematically for easy identification and efficient picking. * Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) stock rotation procedures. * Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, damaged products, and near\-expiry inventory. * Ensure proper handling and storage of ambient, chilled, and frozen products, as applicable. * Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and the sales team. * Ensure orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time. * Monitor stock discrepancies, wastage, returns, and inventory adjustments. * Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily operational tasks. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards. * Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts departments. * Prepare inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance reports. * Identify opportunities to improve warehouse space utilization and delivery efficiency. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in UAE foodstuff trading or FMCG distribution. * Strong experience in food products inventory management, warehouse arrangement, and delivery logistics. * Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, batch tracking, and expiry\-date control. * Experience coordinating delivery teams and managing dispatch schedules. * Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management or ERP systems. * Strong leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage high\-volume stock movements accurately. * Knowledge of food safety and storage requirements. * UAE experience is mandatory.
